1. Adv. Deeplaxmi S. Mhase :

The Senior partner of the firm. She is practicing law since 1990.

Holding a Post Graduate Degree in Arts, she completed her Bachelor of Law in year 1990. She is also a trained Arbitrator holding a post graduate certificate course in Alternative Dispute Resolution conducted by Department of Law university of Mumbai.

She has worked as lawyer independently handling cases involving partition of properties, accident compensation, land acquisition, labour disputes, consumer disputes, matrimonial disputes, co-operative societies disputes.

She has also been a counselor to the High Court legal services Committee bench at Aurangabad, from 2000 to 2003. She has also been a Counselor  to the High Court legal services Committee at Mumbai from 2003 to 2006. There after she has worked as a Member of District Consumer forum, from Feb 2006 to July 2009.

She is a active member, working for Education, Women’s Rights, Environmental Issues. So far she has delivered numerous lectures on Girls Education and Other such issues of public importance.

She handles the Consultancy, and non Litigate work at the firm.

2. Adv. Madhaveshwari Mhase :

The managing partner of the firm, holds a Masters Degree in Law, with specialization in Constitutional Law and Property Law from the University of Mumbai. She holds a certificate of Diploma in Intellectual Property from World Intellectual Property Organization, Geneva, a branch of United Nation Organization. She also holds a certificate of Diploma in Cyber Laws & International E-Commerce Laws. Presently pursuing courses of Diploma in Digital Evidence Specialist, Internet Investigation Specialist and Crime Prosecution & Defence.

Practicing Law since 2001 at various courts. She has successfully handled matters pertaining to Fundamental Rights, Constitutional Rights, Civil Rights. She is also handled cases involving Family and Property Disputes, Disputes of Succession. With hands on experience in accident Compensation, Land Acquisition Compensation, Compensation for Negligence and Misused of Authority by the Government. She also hold the experience in environmental issues, having successfully conducted matters before the National Green Tribunal. In the past 15 years she has represented various clients in service matters and Labour disputes. Intellectual Property law and disputes arising there under have been successfully, Litigated, Mediated, Negotiated as per the requirement.

She has represented clients in Criminal matters, Seeking Bails, and/or acquittals. Currently she is also handling matters involving paternity issues and DNA Profiling.

She handles Drafting, Vetting, and Settling, of partnership deeds, leave and license, sale deeds, Lease deeds, Contracts, etc.

She has to her credit publication of articles for the year of 2013-14 on Indian Constitution in the Youth Magazine “YuvakKranti” also an article publication on “Fundamental Rights & Duties of Indian Nationals” in the magazine “Satyabodhak Samaj”. She regularly delivers lectures to the members of Political Science Academy on Indian Constitution. She has delivered lectures on The Need to Study Indian Constitution to the general public and College Students. She has also addressed the members of Poornawadi Sansad on Constitution in their winter session year 2014. She was a member of Diplomats Conference at New Delhi 2015.
